On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 125 of the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007, and section 291 and Schedule 6 of the Ontario Regulation 79/10,

be reappointed as a member of the Board of Management for the District of Parry Sound East for a period of three years, effective January 29, 2017 to and including January 28, 2020.
