Order in Council 6/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas D. Stephen Jovanovic was appointed full-time member and Associate Chair of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a term of five years by Order in Council O.C. 3/2017 dated January 11, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, D. Stephen Jovanovic of Windsor be appointed a part-time member of the Fire Safety Commission for a term of five years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
