On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the University of Toronto Act, 1971, as amended, Mark Henry Rowswell, of Newmarket, be reappointed as a part-time member of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto for a period of three years, effective from the 30th day of April, 2017 to the 29th day of April, 2020.
