On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 26(2) of the Public Accounting Act, 2004 (the “Act”) and subsection 3(1) of Ontario Regulation 238/05 made under the Act, William Greenhalgh of Toronto be appointed part-time Vice Chair of the Public Accountants Council for the Province of Ontario for a term of two years, effective the later of December 21, 2016, or the date of this Order in Council.
