Order in Council 678/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Provincial Schools Authority Act establishes the Provincial Schools Authority;

And whereas section 2(1) of the Act provides that members of the Authority are appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(1) of the Provincial Schools Authority Act,

Anita Bennett of Toronto

is reappointed as a member of the Provincial Schools Authority, to serve for a term of three (3) years commencing on March 18, 2017, subject to the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
