Order in Council 678/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to provisions of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Act, 2002, section 5, Michael Nobrega, of Toronto, be appointed as a part-time member of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Board of Directors, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a term not exceeding three years effective the date of this Order in Council;

And further that Order in Council O.C. 1069/2016 dated June 22, 2016 reappointing Ross D. McGregor as a member of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Board of Directors be revoked, effective the date of this Order in Council.
