On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Committee to Evaluate Drugs for a period of three years, effective April 2, 2017 to and including April 1, 2020.
