On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Royal Botanical Gardens Act, 1989, S.O. 1989, c. Pr22, Peter Hargreave of Hamilton be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of the Royal Botanical Gardens for a fixed term of 3 years, effective from the later of the date this Order in Council is made or April 9, 2017.
