On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 481/98, dated March 4, 1998, Dr. Mohamed B. Faizer was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And whereas Dr. Mohamed B. Faizer has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective February 1, 2018;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 481/98, dated March 4, 1998, appointing Dr. Mohamed B. Faizer as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
