On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority Act, as amended,

James Marchbank of Sudbury, Ontario

be reappointed as a member of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective May 30, 2018 for a period not to extend beyond December 31, 2018.
