On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to s. 13(1) of the Fair Access to Regulated Professions and Compulsory Trades Act, 2006,

Grant Jameson, of Ottawa, be appointed as the Fairness Commissioner, on a part-time basis, to serve for a fixed term of two years effective the date this Order in Council is made.

And that Order in Council O.C. 1405/2016 dated September 28, 2016 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
