On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1366/2015 dated October 7, 2015 that appointed Marisa Piattelli of Toronto as a part-time member of the Committee to Evaluate Drugs under the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Act, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
