On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 5(1)(b) of the Occupational Therapy Act, 1991, Kurisummoottil S. Joseph of Thunder Bay be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario effective April 22, 2018 to and including December 31, 2018.
