On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 6(1)(b) of the Medicine Act, 1991, Abdul Hafeez Khalifa of Maple be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario effective July 22, 2018 to and including December 31, 2018.
