On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(2), 7(3), 9(1) and 9(3) of the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991,

be reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as part-time Chair of the Health Professions Regulatory Advisory Council for a period of two years, effective February 9, 2017 to and including February 8, 2019.
