On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 102(2) of the Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. D.17,

Gordon (Ted) Oldfield of Waterloo

be re-appointed as acting referee for the purposes of the Drainage Act effective May 14, 2018 and ordered for a fixed term until December 31, 2018.
