Order in Council 822/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997,

John Blogg of Newmarket

be reappointed as part-time member, representative of employers, of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective November 14, 2019.
