On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6(2) of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act as amended by section 3, Schedule 17 of the Stronger, Healthier Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Maureen Carter-Whitney of Toronto be appointed a part-time member and Vice Chair of the Mining and Lands Tribunal for a term effective the later of April 1, 2018, or the date of this Order in Council and ending December 31, 2018.
