Order in Council 856/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsections 3(1) and (6) of the Lung Health Act, 2017, Lynn Guerriero of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care be appointed as a part-time member and designated as a part-time Co-Chair of the Lung Health Advisory Council to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term of two years, effective June 14, 2018 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
