On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 564/2017 dated March 15, 2017 that appointed and designated

Neil Skelding of Oakville

as a part-time member and part-time Chair of the Mississauga Halton Local Health Integration Network under the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
