On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council O.C. 329/2018, dated February 21, 2018, Craig Kelly Fraser was appointed a provincial judge effective March 7, 2018;

And whereas Justice Fraser resigned from the office, effective March 22, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 48(4) of the Courts of Justice Act, Order in Council O.C. 329/2018 be revoked effective March 22, 2018.
