On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 7(1)(b) of the Pharmacy Act, 1991,

Javaid A. Khan of Markham

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the Ontario College of Pharmacists for a period of one year, effective June 11, 2017 to and including June 10, 2018.
