On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Lung Health Act, 2017, Andrea Gershon of Toronto be appointed as a part-time member of the Lung Health Advisory Council to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term of two years, effective June 14, 2018 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
