On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1610/2014 dated December 10, 2014 that appointed

Gianni Maistrelli of Toronto

as a part-time member of the Trillium Gift of Life Network under the Trillium Gift of Life Network Act, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
