On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Roslyn McGilvery was appointed as part-time deputy presiding officer of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal by Order in Council O.C. 1539/2017.

Ms. McGilvery submitted her resignation effective December 3, 2019.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 28(1) of the Pay Equity Act, Order in Council O.C. 1539/2017 is revoked effective December 3, 2019.
