On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 8.10(1), 8.10(2) and 8.10(3) of the Trillium Gift of Life Network Act,

Reuven P. Bulka of Ottawa

be reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as part-time Chair of the Trillium Gift of Life Network for a period of three years, effective June 1, 2017 to and including May 31, 2020.
