On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 162(1)(a) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997,

Elizabeth Witmer of Waterloo

be reappointed as full-time chair of the board of directors of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective May 17, 2017 for a period not exceeding three years.
