On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Executive Council Act, section 2(3), Order in Council OC-962/2018, dated June 29, 2018, as amended by Order in Council 1013/2018, dated July 31, 2018, Order in Council 1307/2018, dated November 29, 2018, and Order in Council 603/2019, dated April 11, 2019,
