We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

September 3, 2019 as the day on which the following provisions of the More Homes, More Choice Act, 2019, c. 9, which amend the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017, come into force:
Schedule 9, s. 1 (1), 4 (4), 5, 7-10.
