We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

November 2, 2023 as the day on which the following provision of the St. Thomas - Central Elgin Boundary Adjustment Act, 2023, c. 1, which amends the St. Thomas - Central Elgin Boundary Adjustment Act, 2023, comes into force:
