We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

  1. November 1, 2021 as the day on which the following provisions of the Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017, c. 34, which amend the Provincial Offences Act, come into force:

    Schedule 35, s. 7 (1), 12, 13.

  2. November 1, 2021 as the day on which the following provision of the Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017, c. 34, which amends the City of Toronto Act, 2006, comes into force:

    Schedule 35, s. 26.

  3. November 1, 2021 as the day on which the following provisions of the Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017, c. 34, which amend the Highway Traffic Act, come into force:
