Peach Yogurt Pops

Kids of all ages will love this fruity frozen treat. It’s good for them too! You’ll need eight paper cups (5 oz/150 mL) and wooden pop sticks.

Ingredients

  • 5 medium Ontario Peaches or Nectarines peeled, pitted and halved
  • 2 cups (500 mL) plain yogurt
  • 2/3 cup (150 mL) icing sugar

Instructions

Slice 1 peach into eighths; set aside. Purée remaining peaches in food processor or blender until smooth. Add yogurt and sugar to peaches; stir well.

Place 1 reserved peach slice in each paper cup. Divide yogurt mixture among cups; insert stick in centre of each. Freeze until firm, about 5 hours. Remove from freezer 15 to 20 minutes before serving and peel off paper cups.
