(SUBVENTIONS POUR LES BESOINS DES ÉLÈVES — SUBVENTIONS GÉNÉRALES POUR L’EXERCICE 2012-2013 DES CONSEILS SCOLAIRES)
1. L’article 49 du Règlement de l’Ontario 136/12 est modifié par adjonction de la disposition suivante :
2.1 La somme liée au réaménagement d’espaces scolaires pour la garde d’enfants.
2. Le Règlement est modifié par adjonction de l’article suivant :
Somme liée au réaménagement d’espaces scolaires pour la garde d’enfants
51.1 La somme liée au réaménagement d’espaces scolaires pour la garde d’enfants qui est versée au conseil pour l’exercice est calculée de la manière suivante :
1. Calculer le total des frais que le conseil a engagés au cours de l’exercice au titre du réaménagement d’espaces dans des bâtiments ou des biens immeubles dont il est propriétaire, qu’il loue à bail ou qu’il a acquis d’une autre façon, afin de fournir des services de garde pour les enfants qui avaient moins de 44 mois le 31 août de l’exercice précédent.
2. Prendre la moindre des sommes suivantes :
i. la somme calculée en application de la disposition 1,
ii. la somme maximale à laquelle le conseil a droit au titre des immobilisations pour le réaménagement d’espaces scolaires pour la garde d’enfants, indiquée à la colonne 2 du tableau 25.1 en regard du nom du conseil.
3. Le Règlement est modifié par adjonction du tableau suivant :
