1. Le tableau de l’article 43 du Règlement de l’Ontario 284/18 est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit :

2. (1) Le paragraphe 56 (1) du Règlement est modifié par adjonction des dispositions suivantes :
5.1 Prendre le total des coûts décrits au paragraphe (2.1) qui se rapportent à l’un ou l’autre des groupes majeurs d’éléments suivants et dont il n’a pas été tenu compte à la disposition 5 du présent paragraphe :
i. Infrastructure.
ii. Superstructure et enveloppe.
iii. Services.
5.2 Prendre la moindre de la somme calculée en application de la disposition 5.1 et de la somme indiquée pour le conseil à la colonne 4 du tableau du paragraphe 56 (1) du règlement sur les subventions de 2017-2018.
5.3 Prendre le total des sommes calculées en application des dispositions 5 et 5.2.
(2) La disposition 8 du paragraphe 56 (1) du Règlement est modifiée par remplacement de chaque occurrence de «disposition 5» par «disposition 5.3».
(3) La disposition 11 du paragraphe 56 (1) du Règlement est modifiée par remplacement de «colonne 3 du tableau du présent paragraphe» par «colonne 3 du tableau du paragraphe 56 (1) du règlement sur les subventions de 2017-2018» à la fin de la disposition.
(4) L’article 56 du Règlement est modifié par adjonction du paragraphe suivant :
(2.1) Les coûts visés à la disposition 5.1 du paragraphe (1) sont les coûts que le conseil a engagés au cours de la période qui commence le 1er septembre de l’exercice en cours et qui se termine le 31 mars de l’exercice en cours et qui satisfont aux critères suivants :
1. Les coûts sont des dépenses admissibles dans le cadre du Fonds pour la réduction des gaz à effet de serre, d’après la note de service 2018 : B11 intitulée «Financement des immobilisations pour l’année scolaire 2018-2019», datée du 27 avril 2018, pour lesquels le conseil n’a pas conclu d’entente le 29 juin 2019 ou avant ce jour.
2. Les coûts sont approuvés par le ministre.

3. Le présent règlement entre en vigueur le jour de son dépôt.
