(SUBVENTIONS POUR LES BESOINS DES ÉLÈVES - SUBVENTIONS GÉNÉRALES POUR L’EXERCICE 2023-2024 DES CONSEILS SCOLAIRES)
1. Le paragraphe 15 (2) du Règlement de l’Ontario 266/23 est modifié par adjonction des dispositions suivantes :
26. Redressement lié à la résolution des questions monétaires afférentes au projet de loi 124.
27. Allocation de redressement lié aux conventions collectives.
2. L’article 69.1 du Règlement est modifié par remplacement de «redressement» par «allocation de redressement».
3. Le Règlement est modifié par adjonction de l’article suivant :

69.2 L’allocation de redressement lié aux conventions collectives pour le conseil est la somme indiquée pour le conseil à la colonne 2 du tableau 55.
4. Le titre de la colonne 2 du tableau 54 du Règlement est modifié par remplacement de «redressement» par «allocation de redressement».
5. Le Règlement est modifié par adjonction du tableau suivant :
