Order in Council 1006/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 2210/2017 dated November 15, 2017, Christine T. Moss of Toronto is currently serving as a part-time member and part-time Vice-Chair of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board;

Whereas it is desirable that Christine T. Moss be designated as full-time Chair on an interim basis of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, effective the date this Order in Council is made, for a period of six months or until a new full-time Chair is appointed, whichever occurs first, and that her appointment as part-time Vice-Chair be suspended during such period;

Pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998, Christine T. Moss be designated as full-time Chair on an interim basis of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, effective the date this Order in Council is made, for a period of six months or until a new full-time Chair is appointed, whichever occurs first, at which time she shall resume her appointment as part-time Vice-Chair of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board for the remaining term of her appointment as a part-time member pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 2210/2017.
