On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6 (6) of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario Act, 1997 (“Act”),

John Solursh of Toronto, Ontario

is appointed as a member of the Financial Services Tribunal (“Tribunal”) for a term of one year commencing on the date of this Order in Council;

And John Solursh’s participation as a member of the Tribunal shall be limited to acting as the chair of the panel of the Tribunal hearing on a specific matter pursuant to the Pension Benefits Act.
