On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017, Gerald Swinkin of Toronto be reappointed a part-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a period effective the date of this Order in Council and ending December 31, 2018.
