On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Gavin J. Tighe was appointed a full-time member of the Public Accountants Council for the Province of Ontario for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 1060/2018 dated September 26, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 26(2) of the Public Accounting Act, 2004, (the “Act”) and subsection 3(1) of Ontario Regulation 238/05 made under the Act, Gavin J. Tighe of Toronto be appointed full-time Chair of the Public Accountants Council for the Province of Ontario for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
