Order in Council 1120/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Dirk VanderBent of Hamilton be reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Assessment Review Board for a term of three years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
