Order in Council 1127/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portion of highway in the Township of McGarry, in the District of Timiskaming, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2814-58, being a Designation Plan filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on August 14, 2018 be designated as a King’s Highway pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended; and,
2. the designation as King’s Highway described in Order in Council OC 1138/61, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Timiskaming as Instrument 129890, and shown on Ministry Plan P-2814-21, be amended so as to cease to apply to Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2814-58 filed as described above.
