On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 29/2014 dated January 15, 2014 that reappointed

Claude Belcourt of Sudbury

as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Sudbury and District Health Unit under the Health Protection and Promotion Act, be revoked effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
