On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 173(3) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997,

be appointed as full-time chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
