On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

David N. Corbett was appointed as chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal by Order in Council O.C. 1280/2016. Mr. Corbett resigned as chair effective August 12, 2019.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 173(3) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 1280/2016 is revoked, effective August 12, 2019.
