Order in Council 1389/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Metropolitan Toronto Convention Centre Corporation Act, Barry L. Smith, of Oakville, be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors and redesignated as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Metropolitan Toronto Convention Centre Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
