On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Metropolitan Toronto Convention Centre Corporation Act, Order in Council 1389/2017, dated June 28, 2017 reappointing Barry L. Smith as a member of the Board of Directors and redesignating him as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Metropolitan Toronto Convention Centre Corporation be amended by deleting “for a period not exceeding three years” and replacing it with “for a period not exceeding March 31, 2019
