On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(2)1, 6(1) and 6(5) of the Legal Aid Services Act, 1998, John D. McCamus of Toronto be reappointed full-time Chair of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
