On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection (12)(2) of the Registered Insurance Brokers Act,

 Nicholas Dzudz of Windsor, Ontario

be appointed to a panel of lay persons eligible to serve as a member of a Complaints Committee and the Discipline Committee for a term not exceeding three years effective the date of this Order in Council.
