On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Alison Renton was reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of five years, effective October 22, 2013, by Order in Council O.C. 1370/2013;

And whereas Alison Renton tendered her resignation effective July 6, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Order in Council O.C. 1370/2013 be revoked effective July 6, 2017.
