On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT TO section 125 of the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007, and section 291 and Schedule 3 of the Ontario Regulation 79/10,

be appointed as a member of the Board of Management for the District of Manitoulin for a period of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
